About the teacher

Quiet practice,honest welcome.

I’ve been on the mat for over a decade and teaching for almost as long. My approach is shaped by classical Hatha, the rhythm of Vinyasa and the stillness of Yin - held together by a love of breath, nature and small, attentive groups.

My story

Yoga found me at a moment when I needed slowness. What began as a way to calm a busy mind quietly grew into a practice, then a study, and eventually a vocation. I trained first in classical Hatha, then in Vinyasa and Yin - each style adding a different shade to how I now teach.

I opened a small studio in Ilmenau because I wanted a space that felt less like a gym and more like a living room with mats. A place where you could arrive a little tired, a little anxious, a little unsure - and still feel completely at home.

If you’ve never tried yoga before, you’re especially welcome. We’ll go slowly, with options for everything, and finish with a few quiet minutes that often turn out to be the best part of someone’s week.
