A practice rooted inbreath, nature & care.

Hi, I’m the teacher behind Lanieluna. After years of personal practice and trainings in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin, I opened a small studio in Ilmenau where students could feel genuinely at ease - beginners especially.

My classes lean slow, intentional and a little playful. Expect careful cues, options for every body and plenty of space to listen inward.
